General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and t1777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at t1777.app. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with t1777, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonuses, the VIP programme, and any other service offered on or through the t1777 platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version (if one is ever provided), the English version shall prevail.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of the t1777 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the Company's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights under any applicable consumer protection legislation in Bangladesh.

Account Registration

To access the full range of t1777 services — including live casino, sports betting, slots, deposits, withdrawals, and the VIP programme — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one (1) registered account on t1777 at any time. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account with t1777, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

You must not register using false, misleading, or third-party information. Any account found to have been registered with inaccurate information is subject to immediate suspension pending identity verification, and may be permanently closed if the information cannot be verified.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

t1777 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point where t1777 deems verification necessary, you will be required to submit supporting documents. Acceptable documents include:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• A valid passport (biographical data page)
• A valid driving licence issued in Bangladesh
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) confirming your address
• A screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account in your registered name

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request will result in withdrawal suspension. t1777 reserves the right to extend KYC requirements at any time in line with our anti-money laundering obligations.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t1777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. t1777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact the t1777 support team immediately via live chat.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to use the t1777 platform:

• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of t1777 or any of its affiliated studios, payment partners, or technology providers
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual or legal entity when registering or wagering on t1777
• Your account must not currently be under suspension, restriction, or self-exclusion on t1777 or any affiliated platform

t1777 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Where there is a reasonable suspicion that a player may be under 18, t1777 will suspend the account and withhold all funds pending age verification. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used, subject to applicable processing times.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on t1777 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). t1777 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to the method-specific limits displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your t1777 account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, depending on the payment method selected.
• t1777 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside t1777's control and are your responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• t1777 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide such proof may result in deposit reversal and account review.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to your active VIP tier.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members benefit from priority processing within 2 hours.
• t1777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced KYC checks before processing any withdrawal. During such review, withdrawal processing timelines may be extended.
• Withdrawals may be declined or reversed where t1777 identifies suspicious activity, breach of these Terms, incomplete KYC, or where funds are subject to an active wagering requirement from a bonus.
• t1777 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing fees applied by your bank or mobile financial service provider are outside our control.

Anti-Money Laundering

t1777 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We apply transaction monitoring procedures to all accounts. Any account activity that appears inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour, or that raises a suspicion of financial crime, will be escalated for enhanced review. t1777 reserves the right to freeze accounts, suspend withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

t1777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the t1777 Welcome Bonus. The Welcome Bonus is credited to your account as bonus funds. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. General Bonus Conditions

• Only one active bonus may be held in your account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash, or exchanged for any other form of value outside the t1777 platform.
• t1777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if we reasonably suspect that the offer is being abused, if a technical error has caused an incorrect bonus to be applied, or if these Terms have been breached.
• Wagering requirements must be met entirely using real money balance or bonus balance as specified in the relevant offer — mixing strategies to circumvent requirements is prohibited.
• VIP cashback and tier-specific rewards are governed by the t1777 VIP Programme Terms, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Seasonal & Tournament Promotions

t1777 periodically runs time-limited promotions tied to the Bangladesh cricket calendar (BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures), Bangladeshi cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day on 16 December, Independence Day on 26 March), and platform milestones. These promotions are governed by their own published terms and are available to eligible registered players for the stated promotion period only.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the t1777 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You must not engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive to t1777, its staff, or its other players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another individual in registering duplicate accounts, for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the t1777 platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any live casino game, poker room, or tournament
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or game malfunctions for financial gain — any winnings arising from exploited errors are void and will be reversed
• Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gameplay — including using t1777 as a payment processing channel
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification request
• Using payment methods registered to a third party, or facilitating transactions on behalf of another individual
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of any sporting event on which t1777 offers betting markets
• Attempting to access t1777 while subject to a self-exclusion order, account suspension, or ban
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing t1777 support staff, other players, or any representative of the Company

t1777 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, t1777 reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including account suspension, withdrawal of funds under investigation, permanent account closure, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

t1777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Discovery that the account holder is an excluded or restricted person under any applicable self-exclusion scheme
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request relating to the account
• Extended period of inactivity (an account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative closure, with any remaining balance returned to the last verified payment method)

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your t1777 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with their normal terms. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your last verified payment method within seven (7) business days. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gambling, t1777 offers self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and take effect across all t1777 services. During self-exclusion, you will not receive any promotional communications from t1777. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t1777 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the t1777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary wagering decisions
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical failure, maintenance, or force majeure events
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Any inaccuracy in sports betting odds, game results, or jackpot displays arising from a genuine technical error, subject to t1777's void bet and error correction policy

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit t1777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, network failure, or any technical issue that interrupts a live casino session, slot round, or sports bet placement, t1777's policy is to void all affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. t1777 is not liable for winnings that would have been earned but for a technical interruption. Game providers' certified RNG (Random Number Generator) results are final and constitute the authoritative record of game outcomes.
